Fashion Week - Dana Buchman, Tahari, Erin Fetherston

Dana Buchman
It's all about vibrant, festive color for spring, Buchman says, showing off looks in the Buchman showroom in midtown.
Look for warm corals and greens with a great attention to detail in trims and woven textures.





Tahari
You'll still find Tahari's trademark tailored looks. But thankfully, the designer showcased some beautifully flowy looks, featuring easy shapes in bright juicy colors. Notice again, the presence of coral. Also important here, the crinkled silks, peasant skirts (sans ruffles), and use of yellow/gold/bronze - all themes we're starting to see more of in other collections.

Erin Fetherston
Safe. That's the word that kept coming to mind. Very nice pieces in cream, grey and silver that are serviceable and wearable but not especially noteworthy. And the cream and white tops and grey skirts seem to be a theme we're seeing a lot of.
